CBH values active Provider participation and offers a number of ways that Providers can get involved in CBH Quality Improvement (QI) Programs.
Opportunities for Providers to participate in QI Programs include committee service for the following committees:
- Provider Advisory Committee
- Credentialing Committee
- QI Committee
Committee service gives Providers the ability to give input into guideline development & structure and implementation of performance improvement activities.
If you are a CBH Network Provider and are interested in participating in one of the above committees, please contact the Customer Service Department at 1-800-947-0633.
Not Interested? There are other valuable ways that Providers can help out. Network providers are always encouraged to give CBH important feedback by completing the Annual Satisfaction Surveys that CBH will send out.

Quality Improvement Program Activities:
CBH is committed to an ongoing data driven, system wide quality improvement program.
Elements of the QI Program include:
- Monitoring communication with PCP
- Checking appointment availability
- Follow-up on Member Complaints
- Follow-up after Hospitalization
- Re-Admission Rates
